In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour, 1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Salt
In another large mixing bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter, 1/2 Cup Honey, 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Then add the wet to the dry, mixing until smooth.
Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, form 1.5 inch round balls and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
If rolling in cinnamon sugar, mix sugar and cinnamon together in the small bowl, roll each ball before placing on parchment.
1/4 Cup Cane Sugar, 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Place bites in the freezer for an hour, to harden.
Transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen for up to a month. Enjoy right from the freezer.
