Snickerdoodle Protein Bites

  • In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
    1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour, 1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Salt
  • In another large mixing bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
    3/4 Cup Peanut Butter, 1/2 Cup Honey, 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Then add the wet to the dry, mixing until smooth.
  • Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, form 1.5 inch round balls and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • If rolling in cinnamon sugar, mix sugar and cinnamon together in the small bowl, roll each ball before placing on parchment.
    1/4 Cup Cane Sugar, 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Place bites in the freezer for an hour, to harden.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen for up to a month. Enjoy right from the freezer.
